Trip & Sleep Hostel exceeded my expectations in every way. the private double room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with its own light source, outlet, and shelf next to the bunkbed. the staff at the hostel were incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. I appreciated the convenience of the password-protected room key, eliminating the need to carry around a physical key. the hostel was also very clean, and I liked the fact that shoes were not allowed inside. Cons: the only drawback I could think of was that the hostel was not immediately obvious to find.

The location of this hostel is fantastic, right in the heart of a bustling shopping area. It was great to have everything I needed within walking distance. The staff were also very friendly and made an effort to interact with the guests. I particularly enjoyed the common area where I could eat and work on my laptop, it was a nice space to relax in.
The hostel only had one washer and dryer for all the guests, which was quite inconvenient especially since the building had multiple floors. It would have been better if there were more laundry facilities available.
